Our journey to taste started in 1999 in a modest 40 square meter workplace located around the old bus station in Hatay/Antakya. Our founder, Necmeddin USTURA, founded NECMI USTA DÖNER SALON to offer a more delicious doner kebab. In 2004, it moved to a larger space on Bankalar Caddesi. Since its establishment in 1999, it has worked for many years with its own hands to present the flavor that it has created for a long time.

While Master Necmi handed over the works to the masters he trained himself, including his son, he continued to follow and manage them in the background. He gave the secret of this magnificent taste only to his son Zeynel Abidin USTURA.

Continuing its commercial life as a single branch until 2022, NECMİ USTA DÖNER SALONU opened its 2nd branch (LARA BRANCH) in Antalya Çağlayan Mahallesi in June 2022 under the management of Zeynel Abidin USTURA. Zeynel Abidin USTURA continues to implement the vision he received from his father, Necmeddin USTURA, in Antalya.

Our commercial life started in 1999 in Hatay / Antakya in a 40 square meter workplace around the old bus station. Our founder Necmeddin USTURA (Necmi Usta) rolled up his sleeves to offer a more delicious chicken doner.

Necmi Usta decided to introduce his own production of mayonnaise to his customers. In addition, he seasoned and processed the chickens with his special sauce daily. He also produced this sauce himself, using handmade, completely naturally prepared pepper paste.

In 2004, it was moved to a larger, family room located in Sema Civelek business hall on Bankalar Caddesi. In this way, it had the opportunity to appeal to more customers. It started to deliver this special flavor to more customers.
