Our story...
Our commercial life started in 1999 in Hatay / Antakya in a 40 square meter workplace around the old bus station. Our founder Necmeddin USTURA (Necmi Usta) rolled up his sleeves to offer a more delicious chicken doner.
Necmi Usta decided to introduce his own production of mayonnaise to his customers. In addition, he seasoned and processed the chickens with his special sauce daily. He also produced this sauce himself, using handmade, completely naturally prepared pepper paste.
