Our journey to taste started in 1999 in a modest 40 square meter workplace located around the old bus station in Hatay/Antakya. Our founder, Necmeddin USTURA, founded NECMI USTA DÖNER SALON to offer a more delicious doner kebab. In 2004, it moved to a larger space on Bankalar Caddesi. Since its establishment in 1999, it has worked for many years with its own hands to present the flavor that it has created for a long time.
While Master Necmi handed over the works to the masters he trained himself, including his son, he continued to follow and manage them in the background. He gave the secret of this magnificent taste only to his son Zeynel Abidin USTURA.
